Yes. You can import candidates via CSV from any ATS (Bullhorn, Vincere, Recruit CRM, etc.). We support up to 2,000 candidates per import with automatic column mapping.
No. Tallie is a fully web-based platform — just log in from any browser. Nothing to install or configure.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use role-based access controls, granular permission groups (down to fee visibility, candidate salary, client billing, and contact info), and full audit logging. Our security practices are designed to align with SOC 2 Type II standards. We've built the platform with GDPR principles in mind, including consent tracking, data subject rights tools, and a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available on request.
Yes — granular Permission Groups let you bundle permissions into named groups (e.g. 'Finance Team', 'Sourcers') and assign teammates. You can hide sensitive data from junior recruiters: fee amounts, candidate salaries, contact info (poaching prevention), client billing terms, and recruiter commission splits. Settings sub-areas (templates, integrations, data pipeline, audit log, etc.) can each be delegated independently without giving full admin access. Admins always bypass.
No. Clients only see candidates you've explicitly submitted to them through the portal. Your full database is private to your team.
Open Candidates → Sourcing (or a job's AI Match tab) to search your own database and the Tallie Network in one view — toggle the source between your database, the network, or both. Our AI scores candidates against the role on a 0–100 scale with specific match reasons and concern flags, and you can filter by skills, location, and availability. Save any search and switch on alerts to get notified when new candidates match.
