Yes. You can import candidates via CSV from any ATS (Bullhorn, Vincere, Recruit CRM, etc.). We support up to 2,000 candidates per import with automatic column mapping.
No. Tallie is a web app — just log in from any browser. We also offer an optional Chrome extension for saving LinkedIn profiles in one click.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use role-based access controls and audit logging. Our security practices are designed to align with SOC 2 Type II standards. We've built the platform with GDPR principles in mind, including consent tracking, data subject rights tools, and a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available on request.
No. Clients only see candidates you've explicitly submitted to them through the portal. Your full database is private to your team.
When you run a match, our AI compares the job requirements against each candidate's skills, experience, and background. It returns a score (0–100) with specific reasons for the match and any concerns.
Tallie offers three scheduling paths: pick a time directly, send available slots for the candidate to choose from, or let all participants submit their availability and auto-confirm when everyone overlaps. Each participant gets a Calendly-style page to respond — no account needed.
